We are entrepreneurs and operators, founded in Montréal and fully remote. We went AI-native in 2022, built a business on it that we still run, and now build AI systems for other companies. We're looking for product managers and engineers who want to own the outcome, not a ticket. If you invent at the frontier of AI, we'd like to meet you.

- INTO for Hospitality: an AI guest-services platform that answers guests around the clock. We own and run it. One of Canada's top 100 AI startups at ALL IN.
- CORA: the team member that never forgets. It runs our own company.
- Operto's AI platform: six agents, twelve months to production.
- A budget-intelligence agent inside a large Canadian bank.
- Puxxle: a research engine that cites every answer.
- An AI production pipeline that builds our own work.
Nothing here is a prototype. Every one of these runs today.

Review and measure are part of the work, not an afterthought.

We document as we go.
The client will run this without us. Your notes are part of the product.
We tell the truth, including "not yet".
If AI is not the answer, we say so, and you will be expected to.
Curiosity is a job requirement.
Models, providers and tools change. We test them on real problems and change our minds when the evidence says to.

Do I need to have built with large language models before?
You need to have shipped production software and to be curious. We will bring you up to speed on the rest.
Do I need to speak French?
English is our working language. We like it when you also speak French, and some engagements require it.
Do you hire outside Montréal?
Yes. We're a fully remote company with colleagues and collaborators across North America, EMEA and Asia.
